Metrics for Success
We evaluate the effectiveness of our diversity efforts using the following qualitative and quantitative measures. These measures enable us to assess our progress and also make needed adjustments for continued success.
  • Completion of required diversity education
  • Utilization rates for work/life programs and benefits
  • Absenteeism and turnover analysis
  • Employee promotion and termination analysis
  • Affirmative Action Plan statistics analysis
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey results
